My skin gets tight, and then cracks, and then starts peeling off. Just the top layer. I&#39;m used to it now, so I hit it with a scrub brush and peel off the offending layer. But, ew! Glad to know I&#39;m not alone.<BR/><BR/>Also, your risotto sounds fantastic, but may I recommend another use for those wayward squashes that have been hanging around the house too long?
